Alina , Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Office Manager - Gresham


Alina joined Modern Family Dental in 2001 but has worked with Dr. Lee and Dr. Lam since 1999.  As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, Alina is exceptional in all chairside procedures alongside the dentist.  On a typical day, Alina can usually be found in the front office as she helps to manage the Gresham location.  In the front office, Alina is very versatile with patient care, understanding your insurance, treatment planning, and making your appointment smooth.  You can always count on Alina to put patients first! 

Nok , Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Office Manager - Happy Valley


Nok joined Modern Family Dental in 2001.  Nok graduated from Concorde Career Dental Assisting Program and even though she joined Modern Family Dental in 2001, she has worked with Dr. Lee and Dr. Lam since 1999.  As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, Nok is highly skilled in all back office procedures.  On a typical day, Nok can be found in the front office helping patients with treatment planning and scheduling, or in the back with chairside procedures and overseeing patient flow.  As the office manager for our Happy Valley office, Nok's wonderful organization skills, maturity, and a genuine interest in patient care is palpable when you walk in.   

Erin , Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Assistant Manager - Happy Valley


Erin joined Modern Family Dental in 2003 after earning her Expanded Function Dental Assisting degree.  She is versatile in all chairside procedures and enjoys both front office and back office duties.  A few of Erin's wonderful qualities includes her ability to be well organized, knowledgeable about all dental insurances, and ability to multi-task!  On a typical day, you will find Erin greeting you the minute you walk in.  She knows many of our patients and their families very well as they have come in over the years.  Likewise, we oftentimes hear our patients asking about her busy family and all the activities she's been up to!   

Heather , Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Front Office/Dental Assistant


Heather joined Modern Family Dental in 2008 as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant.  She is very confident and capable in all back office and chairside procedures.  Over the years, Heather has broadened her scope in the dental environment to include dental front office and administrative tasks as well.  Heather's pleasant and professional personality can be appreciated the minute you step into the office when she greets you, to explaining your treatment plan, and scheduling your next appointment!
